- £16 per hour - Skilled / Proven Experience
- Hours: 40 Hours per week

We are currently looking for a Carpenter to join our workshop team, producing bespoke, made-to-order products. This role would suit both entry-level candidates looking to develop their skills and experienced carpenters with a strong background in bespoke woodworking.
All tools and equipment are provided on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing bespoke wooden products to specification
- Reading and working from drawings, measurements, and instructions
- Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing timber components
- Using a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Working independently as well as part of a team to meet deadlines
Unskilled / Low Experience (£13 per hour):
- Basic carpentry or woodworking experience (workshop, college, or on-site)
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Skilled / Experienced (£16 per hour):
- Proven carpentry experience producing bespoke or high-quality products
- Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
- References to support previous experience
