Location: Huddersfield
Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Are you an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a busy automotive environment?
We are working with a well-established automotive business in Huddersfield that is looking to add a reliable and motivated Service Advisor to their team. This role offers a stable, weekday-only working pattern and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, professional operation.
Key Responsibilities:
·Managing service and repair bookings for the workshop
·Ensuring efficient workshop loading and smooth daily operations
·Acting as the main point of contact for customers, delivering a high level of service
·Upselling additional work, service plans, and special offers where appropriate
·Liaising between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication
Skills & Experience Required:
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor (essential)
·Proven experience in upselling and delivering strong customer satisfaction
·Full UK manual driving licence (subject to checks)
·Professional, organised, and a strong team player
