Crynodeb
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Weekend Housekeeper to join our friendly team at our 23-bedded residential care home. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning residents’ rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and corridors
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
Safely using cleaning equipment and products in line with health and safety guidelines
Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to senior staff
Working respectfully around residents, maintaining dignity and privacy at all times
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (care home experience an advantage but not essential)
A caring, respectful, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good attention to detail
Understanding of infection control and hygiene standards
Must be reliable and punctual
