Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £34,559.68 per annum (plus on call requirement £30 per day on a rota basis)
Based in: Merseyside/Sefton
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Weekend on-call on a rota basis

The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and confident in guiding teams through day-to-day challenges while maintaining high standards of support. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference, enjoy building strong relationships, and excel in an environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you. You should feel confident in risk management and problem-solving. Excellent Knowledge of CQC fundamental standards, safeguarding legislation and The Care Act (2014) would be an advantage.
The Service Manager will be responsible for an agreed Cluster of accommodation Services in Merseyside and lead on supporting staff to support vulnerable individuals, and in all areas of service delivery and continual improvement.
The Service Manager will work alongside the Registered Manager towards compliance with the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
Although it is not essential, it would be desirable if the postholder had a full UK driving licence.
