Allstaff Finance & Accountancy Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Accounts Assistant for company based in Stirling. We are seeking a temporary or permanent candidate for this role with an immediate start. The hours are 37.5 per week, 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm with possibility of hybrid after probationary period, two days from home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices and update
pricing for specific suppliers.
Manage supplier queries and
payment systems.
Support with month-end journals
and analysis.
Effective planning and organisation
to meet weekly and monthly
deadlines.
Provide ad hoc financial support to
the wider team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have:
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong numerical and Excel skills.
Excellent communication.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Familiarity with Dynamics365 would
be desirable.
