Remuneration: £27,950 per annum (40 Hours per Week)

The Devon Hotel is seeking a motivated and hospitality-focused Junior Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for an individual who can balance high-level customer service with the operational demands of a busy hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Managing shifts across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private functions/weddings.
Quality Control: Maintaining our reputation for excellence by upholding strict service standards and cleanliness.
Resource Management: Monitoring stock levels and taking ownership of departmental tasks.
Health & Safety: Ensuring the security and well-being of both guests and staff.
Requirements: Essential supervisory experience within a similar setting. We value a calm, friendly demeanor and a flexible approach to work. Full training is provided to help you reach your career goals.
