The Exciting Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available to be an Attendance & Engagement Mentor in the 16-18 Foundations Division.
You will monitor attendance and engagement, identify learners at risk and lead timely interventions. You will deliver personal development and work ready tutorials to Foundation learners, set and review SMART targets, engage parents and carers, and coordinate support with internal teams. You will drive high expectations, promote positive behaviours and ensure accurate tracking of impact.

We are looking for a proactive, resilient and learner focused professional with a passion to support attendance and engagement to enable learners to succeed. You will have strong communication skills, confidence working with learners and families, and the ability to balance challenge with support. A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations is essential.
