Pinnacle Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Shopping Centre Cleaner to join our Pinnacle Workplace Cleaning Team based at The Lanes, Carlisle, CA3.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
You will play a vital role in ensuring the shopping centre is clean, safe, and welcoming for visitors and tenants alike. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
This is a Permanent role, 28 hours – working 4 days per week on a rota between Monday and Sunday shifts patterns are 7am – 3pm & 11am – 7pm. (unpaid break)with the option of overtime to cover holidays and sickness

Key responsibilities will include:
- Carry out cleaning duties across public areas, including entrances, corridors, toilets, lifts, and stairwells.
- Replenish consumables in toilets and other designated areas
- Empty bins, replace liners, and manage waste disposal following site procedures.
- Perform scheduled cleaning tasks and respond to ad-hoc cleaning needs.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with training and COSHH guidelines.
Key requirements will include
- Previous cleaning experience in a retail or public-facing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Experience using floor machines (e.g. scrubber dryers, buffers).
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Work cooperatively with site security and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
