Crynodeb
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Support various company software/web based applications/databases across all High Life Highland services, including the delivery of training as required.
2. Provide ICT advice, guidance and systems support to High Life Highland staff.
3. Liaise with ICT contracted partners to deliver ICT projects, works and changes.
4. Assist and deputise for the Head of Digital & Technology.
5. Lead CCTV systems and develop/manage processes, guidance and training for staff.
6. Support the operation and review of data protection and information security procedures.
7. Create and manage online surveys including producing reports.
8. Monitor, resolve and log High Life Highland staff ICT requests in the ICT service management system.
9. Monitor ICT mailboxes and respond to enquiries.
10. Manage and maintain Chip n PIN payment terminals across the Highlands.
11. Manage and maintain broadband router and Wi-Fi installations across the Highlands.
12. Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and High Life Highland as a whole.
13. Attend and undertake any training online or in person.
14. Aim to reduce wastage and uphold our environmental values of being as sustainable as possible in all tasks.
15. Assist and support other areas of High Life Highland with particular projects, training or in the event of holidays or sickness working cross-functionally across the team
