We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to drive business growth for our AI-driven, RPA-enabled medical coding platform that converts unstructured medical letters into accurate SNOMED CT codes.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in healthcare and health IT.
• Present and sell AI-based medical coding solutions to hospitals, clinics, and medical coding companies.
• Manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demos, and support deal closures.
• Build strong client relationships and understand healthcare workflow challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (healthcare IT / SaaS preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows; SNOMED CT or medical coding knowledge is a plus.
• Target-driven and comfortable selling AI and automation solutions.
