We are excited to welcome a passionate nurse to join the Supportive & Palliative Care Team at Manchester Royal Infirmary.
As part of the role, the post holder will work as part of a large MDT to assess, plan and implement evidence based and individualised care to inpatients with life limiting illness, complex needs and those who are approaching the end of their lives.
They will be able to provide specialist education and training to colleagues, carers and patients.
The post holder will share both SPCT and MFT's values and aspirations, to work with colleagues in the wider MDT to ensure care is coordinated, individualised, and delivered at a high standard, as outlined in our strategy.
They will support the development of the service, by taking part in audit, quality improvement, and risk assessment/management in line with local and national guidelines.
This post requires you to work 37.5 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays, and is not negotiable due to the need of the service.
