Receptionist / Customer Services
The role would involve dealing with Customers ( General Public / Insurance companies / Fleet companies etc. ) face to face, over the phone and over the internet. You would be using the Bodyshop Management System to create new jobs, and update the progress of repairs onto the system. Also receiving and booking parts onto the system
The role is for 42.5hrs / week
Previous experience of insurance / motor / bodyshop industry would be an advantage but not essential.
