As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity are maintained. If you’re caring by nature and committed to delivering high standards, we’d love to hear from you.

Heeley Bank Care Home is located in Sheffield (S2) and provides residential and nursing care for older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our dedicated team work closely with residents and their families to create a warm, supportive environment where person-centred care and dignity are at the heart of everything we do.
Care Assistant – Position Details:
Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
Shift Times: 07:45-20:00
Schedule: We work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends and bank holidays
Location: Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2 (Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying)
We are not able to offer sponsorship

Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will:
Provide person-centred care and support for daily living activities
Work compassionately and understandingly, supporting the well-being of our residents
Qualifications and Skills:
Genuine interest in providing high-quality care
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
