Location: Itec House (CF11 8TT, Onsite).

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 16:30pm

About the role

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the business's Marketing function by assisting with incentives, campaigns, and initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You will also contribute to the marketing strategy, ensuring it supports contract delivery and enhances the overall profile of the business.

Your impact

Support the Marketing Executive in creating content and developing marketing materials.
Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Research, write, and edit case studies that showcase success stories, collaborating with internal teams to highlight achievements and positive news.
Support the Marketing Executive in producing and delivering internal communications.
Help plan, organise, and attend events to promote Itec as needed.
Assist in draughting letters, electronic newsletters, and other communications.
Contribute to the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery.
Work closely with the Marketing Executive to maintain and protect the Itec brand.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Executive.


What are we looking for?

Essential

Marketing degree or equivalent
Proven Marketing experience.
Full driving license with use of own vehicle
Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company)
CIM qualification is desirable
