We are seeking a strong HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in BD5. This role has been created to provide additional in-class support for Year 6 pupils, helping them achieve their best in the run-up to SATs and beyond.
About the Role:
- Support Year 6 pupils with targeted interventions and small group work.
- Cover classes in the afternoon when the class teacher delivers focused work with individuals or small groups.
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity and high-quality learning experiences.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 4 TA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience as a HLTA in a primary setting.
- Familiarity with Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
