Days: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm
Nights: Monday – Friday 8:00pm – 6:00am

The Role
An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join their production team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable hours, regular overtime, and strong employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Bystronic and Amada fibre laser machines
- Ensure consistently high cut quality and accuracy
- Work efficiently to meet production targets
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to health & safety standards
- Support continuous improvement within the department
- Work independently and as part of a wider production team
  
  What We’re Looking For
  - Proven experience operating Bystronic / Amada fibre lasers (essential)
  - Ability to set machines independently
  - Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
  - Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  - Knowledge of working with different steels (advantageous)
  - Forklift licence (desirable)
  - Reliable, proactive and team-orientated
