Levy is proud to deliver world-class food and hospitality experiences at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) — one of the UK’s most iconic live event and conference destinations. From international conferences and exhibitions to awards dinners and banquets, no two days are ever the same.

We’re now looking for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional hospitality across our conference and banqueting portfolio.

The Role

As Conference & Banqueting Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the operational delivery of conferences, banquets and large-scale events, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, professional and memorable.

You’ll work closely with sales, event planning, culinary teams and venue stakeholders, leading from the front and setting the standard for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of conference and banqueting events at the SEC
  • Manage and motivate large, multi-skilled teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ensure all events are delivered to agreed specifications, timelines and budgets
  • Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation, health & safety and food hygiene
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams and key venue partners
  • Oversee staff planning, rotas, training and on-the-day leadership
  • Act as the senior operational presence during events, resolving issues proactively

About You

  • Proven experience in conference & banqueting or large-scale events operations
  • A confident, hands-on leader with experience managing large teams
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly in a live-event environment
  • Passionate about hospitality, guest experience and operational excellence
  • Experience in premium venues, arenas, stadia or convention centres is highly desirable
