Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Help with serving meals during busy periods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including catering or restaurant experience.
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques.
Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Working hours -
Part time - 16-24 hours a week. Must be available Sundays.
