Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Director located in Birmingham. The Finance Director will oversee financial planning, analyse financial data, prepare and review financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. They will develop and implement financial strategies, monitor budgets, and support key decision-making processes.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to develop strategies and align financial objectives.
• Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and evaluating Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and support sound decision-making.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate and guide financial operations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA/ACCA qualification is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant sector is a must.
