Works within the limits of own competence and levels of responsibility, professional boundaries, and accountability in the work team and organisation. Works as an effective and responsible team member. Prioritises own workload and organises own work to meet these priorities and reduce risks to quality, seeking support and guidance as necessary. Manages and accepts clinical responsibility for a caseload of patients, demonstrating ability to prioritise and delegate work to assistants when appropriate. Ensure that Physiotherapy treatment is based on theoretical knowledge and clinical reasoning skills are used to justify intervention and support own practice in routine situations.
