Duties
- Managing customer vehicle bookings and service schedules with efficiency and accuracy.
- Providing outstanding customer service while delivering clear, accurate information regarding vehicle repairs and services.
- Communicating effectively with customers and workshop staff, particularly on parts terminology and workshop processes.
- Ensuring all service and repair details are correctly recorded in the system.
- Prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality.
Candidate Specification
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, with a preference for candidates with background in independent garages or main dealer settings.
- Good understanding of parts terminology and workshop operations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
