Duties:
- Perform a comprehensive range of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Support and oversee daily workshop operations, providing mentorship to junior technicians
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Build and maintain rapport with loyal clients through excellent service delivery
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all workshop activities
- Utilise your mechanical skills to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently
Candidate Specification:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a garage or workshop environment
- Level 3 NVQ Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Successful track record in delivering quality repairs and servicing as a Senior Vehicle Technician
- Organised, methodical, with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- MOT licence is desirable but not mandatory
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior technician role is advantageous for the position
