We are currently recruiting for the position of Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a well-established dealership in the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive seeking to advance their career and maximise earning potential within a reputable organisation.

Duties:
- Engage proactively with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
- Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to prospective buyers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to dealership profitability
- Manage customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and dealership standards
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for repeat business
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar automotive sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of current automotive market trends
- Driven to succeed and able to work within achievable targets
