Duties of an Assistant Centre Manager with our client include:
- Assisting the Centre Manager in the daily operation of the depot
- Contributing to the achievement of centre targets and KPIs
- Overseeing stock maintenance and control
- Enforcing company policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
Requirements for the Assistant Centre Manager role:
- Proven experience in a similar management position within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of car technology and workshop operations
- Ability to achieve sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivation and ability to coach and mentor a team effectively
- Driving licence
