We are seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Wimbledon. The Service Advisor role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the service department. Duties:

- Greeting customers, managing bookings and scheduling service appointments
- Interpreting customer concerns, providing accurate estimates for repairs and servicing
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Tracking vehicle progress throughout the workshop process
- Ensuring high standards of customer service to promote satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicating effectively with both customers and workshop team members

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or automotive service environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of automotive systems, workshop processes, and service procedures
- Professional manner with a customer-driven approach
- Willingness to contribute positively to team success and dealership growth
- Flexibility to work on a rota, including some Saturday mornings
