We are currently recruiting for a Diagnostic Technician on behalf of our esteemed client, a reputable family-run garage business based in the Yeovil area. Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, including both cars and vans
- Perform general repairs and maintenance across different vehicle makes and models
- Ensure quality workmanship and adhere to technical standards
- Interpret diagnostic data to identify faults efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and technical accuracy
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve operational objectives
Candidate Specification:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician, with strong diagnostic capabilities
- Versatile and adaptable, capable of addressing diverse vehicle issues
- Experience working in main dealer or independent garages is highly desirable
- Strong team player committed to ongoing learning and professional development
- Excellent technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
