What skills and experience we're looking for

The Personnel and Administrative Officer will work closely with the current Personnel team coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, processing payroll and managing staff absence. Ideally candidates will have previous personnel experience.

Candidates will be enthusiastic, organised and friendly, keen to join our committed and hardworking personnel and administrative team.

The successful candidate will need to be confident with excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills. The post holder will need to be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are pleased to offer this permanent post for 30 hours per week x 39 weeks per annum – term time only. The working pattern will be Monday to Friday with actual timings to be agreed at interview.

The role is based at Chulmleigh College and will involve working with the other schools within the Trust.
