Crynodeb
To provide personal medical services to the registered practice population and to ensure that targets are met in terms of activity and quality in line with the PMS / GMS / APMS or any other contract that may exist between Stratford Village Surgery (SVS), Church Road Health (CRH), Glen Road Medical Centre (GRMC) E7 Health (E7H) and Newham (or other) CCG National Commissioning Board. Responsible for actioning Appointments and Doctor Triage queries on AccuRx Responsible for managing digital appointments Responsible for identifying opportunities to develop NEW non-clinical pathways Responsible for driving QoF and SNS targets, related or tangential to Patient Triage
