Crynodeb
The Ward Manager/Team Leader will work closely with the Matron for Intrapartum Care and the senior midwifery leadership team to support the implementation of Care Group service plans. They will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring the intrapartum teams function as a cohesive and responsive unit. They will provide direct patient care, demonstrating advanced midwifery knowledge and expertise and will act as a resource and role model for the clinical team. The successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service. They will be expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUHs PRIDE values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence ensuring that they role model behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
