  The Role:

  We are recruiting Class 1 Drivers for a well-known postal company at the Rugby Hub (CV23) and Lutterworth (LE17). This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for steady, year-round work with a company that truly values its drivers.

  Pay Rates:

  • £17.37 per hour to £23.12 per hour

    
    

  • AM Shifts: Start between 06:00 – 12:59

    
    

  • PM Shifts: Start between 13:00 – 05:59
    Note: Shifts are paid by the hour, so if a shift runs into another rate period, you'll be paid accordingly.

    
    

    Weekly & Monthly Pay Estimate (Based on 60 hrs per week):

    • Hourly Rate of £17.37:

      • Weekly Pay: £1,042.20 (before deductions)

        
        

      • Monthly Pay: £4,168.80 (before deductions)

        
        
        

      • Hourly Rate of £23.12:

        • Weekly Pay: £1,387.20 (before deductions)

          
          

        • Monthly Pay: £5,548.80 (before deductions)

          
          
          

          Shift Patterns:

          • 5 to 6 shifts per week – consistent and regular work

            
            

          • Flexibility on shift preferences and availability

            
            

            Job Duties:

            • Trunking to Distribution Centres

              
              

            • A little bit of handball may be required at times

              
              

              Driver Requirements:

              • Valid Class 1 Licence with a minimum of 6 months experience

                
                

              • Good understanding of UK driving regulations

                
                

              • Assessment & Induction

                • Assessments scheduled for week commencing 04.08.25

                  
                  

                • Assessment includes a written and driving test (6–8 hours)

                  
                  

                • On successful completion, a 1-day induction (typically starting between 12:00 – 14:00)
