Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Up to £23.35 per hour
Night-time clinical care plays an important role in this well-established nursing home supporting older adults with nursing needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide consistent, safe care overnight, working with a small team to maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and clinical stability.

What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Previous experience working in a nursing home setting
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Confidence working independently on night shifts
- Ability to maintain clear, accurate clinical records
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care throughout the night
- Administer and monitor medications in line with care plans
- Complete clinical observations and respond to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Act as the senior clinical presence overnight
- Work in line with safeguarding, infection control, and CQC standards
