What you'll be doing:
- Delivering and maintaining IT services across servers and networks
- Handling escalated support tickets and troubleshooting complex issues
- Leading projects to implement new IT systems and solutions
- Working with Microsoft Server, Cloud technologies, and networking equipment
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Server and Cloud infrastructure
- Networking skills (switches, routers, wireless)
- M365 admin, Azure AD, Intune expertise
- Hands-on project delivery experience
- Bonus: Experience in education environments
