TEACHING ASSISTANT (Level 2)
Term time (5 days per week)28.75 hours per week Monday - Friday (39 weeks per year)
Salary Scale SP4 £25,052 - £26,825 fte (pro-rata £17,211 - £18,429pa) We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and preferably experienced Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and talented team. The role involves general classroom objectives and working 1-2-1 supporting children. The successful applicant will need to have a friendly demeanor, strong behavioural skills and techniques for a challenging and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to ensure that pupils fully access the curriculum. Duties will include supporting class teachers with learning and assessment through group, paired or 1:1 work.
GCSE English & Maths and relevant experience are essential. You need to be caring patient well organised and have good communication skills
