Food Production Operative

Exeter | £12.25 per hour (£18.37 overtime) | Monday - Friday | 7am-4pm | Temporary to Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Food Production Operative to join a busy food production facility in Exeter. This is an ideal opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a temporary to permanent role in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Duties
  • Work as part of a team in a busy food production environment.

  • Assist with preparation, cooking, packing, and handling of food products.

  • Lift and move materials and products up to 25kg.

  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

  • Keep work areas clean and safe.

  • Meet daily production targets.

Requirements
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

  • Punctual, dependable, and a good team player.

  • Previous experience in food production, kitchen, or similar environment essential.

What We Offer
  • £12.25 per hour, with overtime at £18.37 per hour.

  • Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm (42.5 hours per week).

  • Temporary to permanent opportunity.

  • Supportive team environment with full training provided.
