Crynodeb
The post will provide the following services to the relevant Directorate (not exhaustive): To provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service to wards and departments within the relevant directorate. To provide clinical support to the relevant directorate. Support safe prescribing and medication governance. Participate in service improvement projects. To continuously monitor the drug expenditure against budgets for the relevant directorate. Review and develop treatment guidelines and PGDs. Participate in the training of pharmacists, doctors, nurses and undergraduate students. Applicants must be registered with the GPhC, have a broad range of hospital pharmacy experience and have or be working towards a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
