Summary
Cresta Healthcare is a homecare and recruitment service. We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team in Dorset. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career in health and social care, with the potential for visa sponsorship after three months of successful employment, subject to performance, attendance, and compliance with company and UKVI requirements.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing person-centred personal care and support
Assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
Supporting with medication where trained and competent
Maintaining accurate and timely care records
Working in line with care plans, risk assessments, and company policies
Requirements:
A caring and professional approach
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends if required
Right to work in the UK (or eligibility for sponsorship at a later stage)
Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
