We are working closely alongside with a Housing Client to assist with the appointment of a Scheduler, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £13.92 - £18.02 per hour

Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the repairs scheduling function, acting as a key point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and customers. The post holder will ensure repairs are accurately diagnosed, scheduled efficiently, and delivered in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance scheduling diary to ensure effective allocation of repairs
Work closely with the Property Administration and Customer Services teams to ensure repairs are correctly diagnosed and scheduled
Act as the first point of contact for scheduling repairs
Liaise directly with internal and external customers to resolve issues using standard procedures in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
Maintain clear communication to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered

Essentials:

Strong organisational and scheduling skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
