Job title - Financial Analyst
Salary - £38,000 - £43,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Location: Battersea
Join the Harvey & Brockless team, part of The Compleat Food Group, as a Financial Analyst and make a real difference in a
fast-moving, dynamic business. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial finance team, working closely with
colleagues across the business to provide insightful analysis and support informed decision-making.
Your work will help shape actions that directly impact EBITDA, giving you the chance to see the tangible results of your
contributions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys diving into numbers, spotting trends, and turning data into practical insight
that helps the business grow. If you’re motivated by collaboration, problem-solving, and being part of a team where your expertise
truly matters, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Duties Will Include:
* Ownership of weekly and monthly reporting, providing timely and insightful information to key stakeholders within the group
* Ensuring accurate monthly management accounts with strong controls on accruals, prepayments etc
* Supporting functional teams with forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analysis
* Ensure robust balance sheet reconciliations
* Support Finance Manager on project work and efficiency / transformation projects
* Be prepared to support the functional teams with various ad-hoc scenario modelling
Your Skills and Experience:
* Have the ability to work in a growing fast paced environment
* Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Be a very focused individual with excellent organisation and time management skills
* Be able to build strong relationships through great communication and interpersonal skills
* High levels of attention to detail
* Possess business awareness and business acumen
* Have an inquisitive mind, willing to challenge and improve normal processes
* Working towards a professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA preferable)
