Your Role:
- Provide classroom support for pupils with additional needs
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
- Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for SEN
- Ability to adapt and work as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to train
