Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Reading

Duration: 6 Months


About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employee relations. This role will be pivotal in supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and redundancies, ensuring compliance and best practice throughout.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, offering clear and practical guidance.
  • Manage complex ER cases, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Support organisational change projects such as restructures and redundancy processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HRBP role with strong ER expertise.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and organisational change processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and influence at all levels.
