We are seeking energetic and outgoing Door-to-Door Lead Generators to connect with homeowners, introduce our services, and schedule free consultations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, working outdoors, and earning performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door
Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
Educate homeowners about Cozy Home Solutions’ services
Generate and qualify leads for sales appointments
Accurately record customer information and feedback
Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead goals
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation preferred
No experience required —training provided
