About the Role
PartouTiny Teapots Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitionerto take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Senior Deputy Managerto help support their Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong EYFS knowledge
- Proven experience leading a teamin an early years setting
- Passion forearly years education
- Confidence in supportingchildren's learning and development
- Commitment tosafeguardingand continuous professional development
