Summary
Copart UK is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Events Manager to lead our end-to-end events, hospitality and sponsorship programme.
This is a pivotal, senior role working closely with the UK CEO and Senior Leadership Team, responsible for delivering high-impact internal and external events that support our commercial and marketing strategy.
You will own the full lifecycle of events - from concept and creative through planning, logistics, delivery and measurement - consistently delivering world-class experiences for customers, prospects, partners and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Copart-hosted events, including flagship executive events and advisory boards
- Manage Copart's presence at external conferences, exhibitions and sponsorships
- Deliver a diverse portfolio of events including B2B conferences, executive hospitality, VIP experiences, internal conferences, awards and engagement events
- Identify and recommend strategic speaking, sponsorship and attendance opportunities
- Work directly with C-suite stakeholders to ensure events align to business priorities
- Own the events calendar, budgets, suppliers, attendee management and logistics
- Oversee all event-related creative, branding and collateral
- Measure success and ROI across all activity
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering senior-level customer events and hospitality for C-suite and board-level audiences
- Exceptional organisational, planning and project management capability
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with budget ownership and supplier negotiation experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex events concurrently
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to travel and work occasional out-of-hours
Desirable
- Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience within the automotive, logistics, or technology sectors
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance related to events
- Creative approach to event design and attendee engagement

- This role requires regular travel and occasional out-of-hours work to support off-site events.
