We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Social Worker (SSW) with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and strengths.
Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on best practices.
Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to coordinate services.
Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary to ensure effective support.
Conduct home visits and community outreach to engage clients in their environment.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and case activities.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social work practice.
Current state licensure or certification as a social worker.
Strong understanding of social services systems and community resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
