Crynodeb
The Organisational Development Consultant will support Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to improve organisational culture and the experience of our workforce, in line with our values ofTreat People Well, Involve Not Ignore, and Open, Inclusive and Accountable. The role will lead and deliver Trust-wide organisational development initiatives that promote inclusive culture, effective organisational redesign and sustainable workforce practices. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, Director of Education and Workforce colleagues, the postholder will provide expert organisational development advice to clinical and operational leaders, supporting the delivery of the Strategic People Plan and NHS workforce priorities. The role will ensure the people impact of change is effectively managed and embedded, using workforce insight and staff engagement data to inform evidence-based interventions, and working in partnership with staff networks and trade union colleagues to support positive and respectful workplaces across SABP.
