Join Public Health Wales as a Senior Delivery Manager and be at the forefront of transforming how we deliver key digital services. You will drive agile delivery, facilitating sprints, coaching teams, removing obstacles, and ensuring milestones are reached on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards. From improving team performance to translating complex ideas for non-technical audiences, your leadership will have a visible impact on the new health service for Wales. What You Will DoAgile Champion: Lead ceremonies, embed best practices, and tailor agile approaches across Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models. Ensure Outcomes: Manage risks, track progress, and ensure digital and data projects are aligned with business goals. Engage Stakeholders: Bridge communication between technical teams and senior leaders, turning ideas into actionable steps. Drive Change: Support digital transformation with robust planning, governance, and change management practices. Lead Teams: Train and mentor individuals, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to team growth and professional development. Maintain Plans: Support delivery speed and progress transparency by maintaining plans and managing complexity. What You Have to OfferA strong communicator and influencer with a passion for coaching high-performing teams. Skilled at working across complex environments involving multiple stakeholdersparticularly in healthcare or the public sector. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, risks, and team dynamics.
