What is CAV 24/7? A comprehensive Phone First service that provides enhanced clinical telephone triage to ensure the citizens of Cardiff and Vale access safe and effective urgent care, underpinned by the principle of right place, first time. About you: Previous reception experience would be highly advantageous, however if you have previous customer service and administration experience (ideally gained within a healthcare environment) we are waiting to hear from you. You will be required to have good communication skills, be computer literate and the ability to work well under pressure, the ability to stay calm will be essential. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. Full duties are included within the Job Description for this role.
