We are currently looking for a Claims Handler to join our professional indemnity team based out of our London office

The role will support the investigating and assessing of claims, working closely with policy holders, clients, brokers, legal professionals, third party administrators (“TPA’s”) and other stakeholders to ensure fair and timely resolution. Liaising closely with other insurers where Amtrust are either a follow line or lead insurers with a follow market and conducting thorough investigations into professional indemnity claims, including gathering relevant evidence, reviewing policy terms and conditions and setting strategy for resolution and reserves.

The right candidate will be someone who brings solid claims experience and ideally some exposure to professional indemnity claims, although we can support your learning both formally and in formally if required, you'll need to have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, good attention to detail, and great problem-solving skills.
