Accounts Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (10–11 Months)
Salary: £26,460 per annum + benefits
Elite Personnel Recruiting is delighted to be working on behalf of a prestigious automotive client to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant for a fixed-term contract of 10–11 months.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established finance team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the accounts function within a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Role:
Reporting into the Dealership Accountant and supporting the wider management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of accounting duties, including but not limited to:
• Sales and purchase ledger processing
• Daily cash postings
• Bank reconciliations
• General all-round accounts support
• Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks as required
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am – 5:30pm
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an accounts-based role (advantageous)
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management System (essential)
• Highly organised, diligent, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work to strict deadlines
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small, close-knit team
