What you'll be doing
- Identifying, targeting, and developing new business opportunities
- Owning your sales pipeline from first contact to close
- Working with international clients across multiple markets
- Delivering tailored proposals and commercial solutions
- Building long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
- Feeding market insight back into sales, marketing, and product teams
- Reporting progress and results to senior leadership
Ideal candidate
- Proven B2B sales experience ideally in construction, engineering, industrial, energy, or oil & gas
- Passion for new business development and relationship building
- Confident selling technical solutions
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Ambition to grow into a Business Development Manager role, with international travel in the future
